Subscription Cancellation
1. Users can cancel their subscription to MDRTA’s paid features at any time. To cancel your subscription, please navigate to your account settings and follow the cancellation process outlined there.
2. Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free plan, and you will no longer be charged for the subscription.
3. Please note that canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account. You can still access and use the free features of the platform, such as the Community Discussion Forum and the Resources Repository.
No Refunds
1. We have a strict no-refund policy for subscription payments made on the MDRTA platform. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
2. We encourage our users to carefully review the features and benefits of the paid subscription before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about the subscription, please contact our support team for assistance.
Recurring Billing
1. When you subscribe to MDRTA’s paid features, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. This ensures uninterrupted access to the platform’s premium tools and resources.
2. If you cancel your subscription, the recurring billing will stop at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for any future billing cycles after cancellation.
Account Termination
1. MDRTA reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s account if they violate our terms of service, engage in fraudulent activities, or use the platform in a manner that is harmful to other users or the platform itself.
2. In the event of account termination due to a violation of our terms of service, the user will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining time in their subscription period.
3. If MDRTA terminates a user’s account due to no fault of the user, a prorated refund for the remaining time in the subscription period may be issued at the company’s discretion.
Platform Modification or Discontinuation
1. MDRTA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
2. In the event that the platform is discontinued permanently, users will be notified in advance, and a prorated refund for any remaining time in the subscription period will be issued.
Disputes and Chargebacks
1. If a user disputes a charge or initiates a chargeback with their financial institution, MDRTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account pending resolution of the dispute.
2. In the event of a chargeback, the user is responsible for any fees incurred by MDRTA as a result of the chargeback process.
